A Beautiful Memorial Day Weekend
What a nice Memorial Day weekend! We stayed local - traveling only to Mom’s on Sunday and to Brownie Beach on Monday.
A while back, a little sparrow decided to make her nest in the top of the wreath near the front door. We now have four VERY hungry baby birds!
Sunday we spent the day at Brownie Beach on our never-ending search for more shark’s teeth. Rachel has well over a thousand now. It’s a nice relaxing way to pass the day. I played with the camera a bit while we were there.
And then Miss Rachel got hold of the camera. I always love her pictures. She has a good eye with photography!

And now … it’s back to work. SIGH.

OMG, I love the pool picture.. How did you get it to do that??
I have a Canon PowerShot SD630. There is a setting called “color accent” where you can select a color to show … and the rest stays black and white. It’s fun to use.
There is also a setting called “color swap” where you can switch out colors … make everything green show as pink instead.
